Amy specialises in business model and technology innovation in the telecom industry. As the MD of Research at STL Partners, she challenges and supports telecom companies to break out of traditional operating models and become more customer-centric and technology-savvy. She has over 12 years experience in telecom strategy, including as Head of ICT Research at Fitch Solutions prior to joining STL Partners. Amy speaks fluent French and ice-breaking Mandarin and holds an MSc in Chinese Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
