Welcome to the CASA25 Sponsor Manual!

This page contains everything you need to prepare for a successful presence at the third CPaaS Acceleration Alliance Summit, taking place in Amsterdam on 22–24 September 2025.

While CASA25 is a three-day event, sponsor participation is focused on Monday and Tuesday (22–23 Sept). The third day (Wednesday, 24 Sept) is dedicated to an invite-only GSMA Open Gateway Analyst Summit, and not part of the sponsor program.

Over the two sponsor-focused days, CASA25 brings together the brightest minds in telecoms and programmable communications to explore the future of CPaaS, Network APIs, AI-powered CX, and more. The event includes keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking, all held in an intimate, high-energy setting designed for real impact—not just talk.

We’ve also lined up a great evening program—open to all attendees and sponsors—to help you network in a relaxed setting with food, drinks, and great company.

🎯 What to Expect

The Tobacco Theatre in central Amsterdam is our new venue this year—an intimate, atmospheric space where all sponsor booths are placed in the main networking and lunch area. You’ll be right where the action happens.

Each sponsor will be provided:

  • A high table in the networking space
  • Space for 1–2 roll-up banners
  • Power access
  • Option to request a TV screen (extra cost – request in advance)
  • Use of a shared sponsor room for light storage and prep

We encourage you to bring branded swag!

If you’re shipping anything to the venue, please coordinate in advance with Laila (see contact below).

We recommend starting your CASA25 promotions in August. Use LinkedIn, newsletters, and direct outreach to boost visibility and drive engagement.

🧾 Team Registration & Passes

Each sponsor receives a specific number of full passes based on your sponsorship level and member tier.

A separate email has been (or will be) sent with Registration instructions, Discount codes and Team pass information.

🥂 Evening Events & Networking

All evening events are open to all attendees and sponsors:

  • Monday, 22 September – CASA25 Member Party at The Chin Chin Club with food, drinks, and music
  • Tuesday, 23 September – Closing Drinks at Beer Factory (next to the venue), immediately after the program

No RSVP required. These are great informal networking opportunities—feel free to bring clients or partners who are attending CASA25.

💡 Lead Capture & Engagement

There will be no badge scanning system at CASA25.

We recommend:

  • Taking photos of attendee badges
  • Bringing a tablet or sign-up sheet for lead capture

🚛 Shipping & Setup

  • Setup: Monday, 22 Sept, from 08:00 to 09:00
  • Dismantling: Immediately after the event ends on Tuesday, 23 Sept
  • Entry point: Tobacco Theatre, Nes 75–87, 1012 KD Amsterdam

If shipping materials ahead of time, please coordinate with Laila for delivery instructions and timing. Storage space is limited.

🧯 Safety & Setup Rules

Please follow these guidelines for your safety and that of others:

  • No cables across walkways unless properly secured
  • Only safe, tested electrical equipment
  • No mounting to walls or pillars

🅿️ Parking & Transport

There is no dedicated parking at the venue.

We strongly recommend using public transport, taxi, or Uber.

Closest recommended garage:

  • Q-Park Bijenkorf (Beursplein 15, 1012 JW Amsterdam)
